Thank you for your interest in Talcott Mountain Academy!

If you’ve toured the campus, met Talcott students, seen our classes in action and are ready to take the next step –- you’ll be happy to know that our application process is relatively straightforward and that we’re here to help you through it — every step of the way. The elements of a completed application are as follows:

  • Completed Application Form — filled out by parents
  • Two (2) Teacher Recommendations (forms provided by TMA)
  • Transcripts from student’s current or previous school (if applicable)
  • Students entering K-3 — there is an additional form for parents to complete.
  • Students entering 4-8 should submit an essay and make an appointment for an interview.
  • We also strongly recommend a day visit for all applicants.
